My Three Favorite Posts

Old habits die hard.

Even though I no longer homeschool, I can't help but get to May and want to take stock of the year. That probably feels weird since most people take stock of things around January. But the almost ten-year ritual of asking, "what did I learn this year?" won't seem to go away.

I'm guessing I'm not alone in this camp. Whether you follow the academic school year or not, I think glimpses of summer invite us to check in on life. With that in mind, here are my three favorite blog posts that I shared this year. I hope they also invite you to consider two good questions - "what have I learned so far this year?" and "what's next for the season ahead?"

This post reminds me to keep on dreaming new dreams. Also, it's a great reminder that no dream is too crazy to begin in some small way today.

What Would Older You Tell Younger You? My favorite graduation advice. I wish I would have read this at 18. Not only have read it, actually hear it, and live it.

As I'm re-reading this post, I'm reminding myself not to miss all the blessings life gives us. My prayer is to stay present to whatever crosses my path this summer and see beauty in all of it.
